We are a producer of Invident invisible braces

All this with an emphasis on high quality, the latest trends and current scientific knowledge. Our employees have extensive experience in treatment planning and production of clear aligners for clients and large networks of providers in Switzerland, Germany, Spain, USA, and Mexico. We are now bringing this experience to our client base.

Why choose Invident clear aligners?

Precision in every step. From scanning through treatment design to 3D printing and trimming of aligners.

More and more patients and dentists prefer clear aligners over traditional fixed braces to correct malocclusion. That is thanks to the indisputable advantages compared to conventional treatment. Aligners are transparent and almost invisible. It is easy to put on and does not restrict you when you eat. It makes brushing or flossing your teeth easy. The device is made of transparent material, so almost no one will notice that you are wearing it. In addition, it allows precise control of the movement of individual teeth. The aligning of your teeth takes place right from the start of your treatment. The position of the teeth is adjusted in several steps. One set of clear aligners is needed for each step. To achieve the desired treatment result, it is recommended to wear your aligners 22-23 hours a day.

And it gets even faster and more comfortable.

Add a pulse activator to your clear aligner treatment to speed up the movement of your teeth and increase your comfort. The activator creates vibrations and micropulses that penetrate through the roots of the teeth to the surrounding bone. Gentle vibrations help to increase the activity of bone cells and thus contribute to accelerating the programmed movement of the teeth. Vibration will also help reduce discomfort when a new aligner is put on. The activator is also suitable for treatment with a classic fixed dental appliance.

What is the course of treatment with clear aligners?

It's easier than you might expect at first glance.

🌒 1. Find your provider

Invident plans your clear aligner treatment based on the prescription of your dentist. Entrusting yourself to the hands of an expert is a guarantee of your successful treatment outcoume. Your dentist monitors the course of your treatment and communicates with us so that together we can achieve the best result for you.

🌓 2. Book a consultation

During the consultation, your dentist will evaluate your teeth, gums and any deviations in the position of your teeth. Some facial and intraoral photos and x-rays may be taken. After evaluation, it will be determined whether you are a suitable candidate for treatment with invisible braces. A scan of your teeth or dental impressions will be taken. The data will be entered into our AlignerManager system. It may take 2-3 days from uploading the data into our system to finialization of your treatment plan.

🌔 3. Approve the treatment plan

After receiving the treatment plan, your dentist will present you with a virtual result on 3D animation via a web application on your next visit. You will also find out the approximate length of treatment, as well as the number of aligners needed for your treatment. If both you and your dentist agree with the proposed treatment plan and its result, we will start the production of your clear aligners immediately. If you do not agree with the proposed plan, the treatment plan will be revised.

🌕 4. Come and get your aligners

On your fitting appointment, your dentst will give you the first set of clear aligners and show you how to wear them correctly. If it is part of the treatment plan, aesthetic plastic grips (so-called attachments) are adapted to the teeth. These help with some more pronounced tooth movements. The time from the approval of the treatment plan to the delivery of your clear aligners takes approximately 2 weeks. The number and frequency of additional visits to your dentist depend on the length and type of your treatment.

Frequently asked questions (FAQ)

Invident invisible braces consist of a series of aligners, the number of which is determined by the treatment plan. Each aligner makes a slight change in tooth position and is replaced after approximately two weeks of wear. The average duration of treatment is 7-10 months. During treatment, it is often necessary to perform the so-called interproximal reduction or IPR.
Clear aligner treatment often requires IPR or stripping. IPR means grinding the side surfaces of the teeth. This abrasion is done exclusively in the enamel with abrasive tapes to the extent determined by the treatment plan. A protective fluoride varnish is applied to the treated tooth surfaces. Abrasion is usually done at the beginning or during the treatment in the transition between the individual phases.
If you miss a few hours of wearing in exceptional cases, it should have no effect on the duration of treatment. However, if you do not wear it daily, you will extend the total duration of treatment. This means that the aligner does not have time to do what it has to do in a week, so you have to wear it longer. After a week of improper wearing, the next set of aligners may not sit properly on your teeth.
You have to be careful about the aligners, as we only supply one piece of each. If you don't wear it in your mouth, it's best to put it in carrying case. In case you lose the aligner, we have to make a spare one at the request of your dentist. While waiting for a new aligner, we recommend that you put on the last one you have worn.
Some tooth movements require a better grip on the teeth. This is achieved by adapting a small amount of composite material to the tooth. The aligner then grips the teeth better. Attachments are small pieces of material in the color of the tooth, which temporarily stick to the tooth in the desired position.
After any orthodontic treatment, it is necessary to wear a retainer to maintain the position of your teeth. Once the active treatment completes, you will wear a retainer, similar to the aligner - but this time only for the night (or for 10 hours). The second year after the treatment completes, you can reduce wearing it to every other night.
